Mushroom Showcase
Book a mushroom lecture at your workplace, classroom or restaurant. Over the course of an hour we go through a selection of edible wild mushrooms, their poisonous lookalikes and a bit about how mushrooms have been regarded in Sweden throughout history. You get to see real mushrooms, hear their stories and taste a few of them. The session ends with tips on how to use the mushrooms in the kitchen.
Suitable for companies, schools, restaurants and other groups looking for a short and inspiring experience. No prior knowledge required.
