Wild Plant Purchase Conditions

Sales and Delivery

When you book an experience at Vild, your experience ticket and order confirmation will be sent to the email address you provided at the time of purchase.

The ticket will be sent after payment has been made. If you can't find the email, please check your spam or campaign folder. If you can't find it there, please feel free to contact us and we will help you.

The responsibility for the ticket passes to you once you have received it by email. We recommend that you review the content directly so that everything matches your booking.

Prices and VAT

All prices are quoted in Swedish Kronor (SEK) and include VAT where applicable. Some experiences may be exempt from VAT depending on the layout and content.

Experience Gift Card

Vildoffers gift cards that can be used as payment when booking experiences.

Gift Card:

  • valid as a means of payment
  • cannot be combined with other gift cards
  • cannot be purchased with discount code

In case of improper use, we reserve the right to cancel the purchase.

Price and printing errors

We always strive to ensure that all information is accurate, but reserve the right to avoid any price and printing errors on the website, in social media and other mailings. In the event of obvious errors, an order may be cancelled.

Cancellation Policy

If you get prevented

  • More than 7 days prior to the experience
    You can reschedule your experience by contacting us.
  • Less than 7 days prior to the experience
    Re-booking is not possible and refunds will not be made.
  • Ceding your seat
    If you are prevented, you always have the option of letting someone else take your place. If so, please let us know the name and contact details of the participant instead.
  • Special Conditions
    Some experiences, such as those that include overnight stays or require longer planning, may have different cancellation policies. In this case, this is clearly stated on the respective page.
  • Same Day
    If something unexpected happens near or on the same day, please get in touch so we know you won't be there. Contact details can be found in your booking confirmation.

Weather and Nature's Conditions

Our experiences take place in and with nature. Sometimes the weather or other conditions put limits on what is possible to carry out safely.

If an experience needs to be moved due to weather or other circumstances we will contact you to find a new date.

If we need to tune

Sometimes it happens that we need to cancel an experience, for example in case of too few participants or in case of unforeseen events such as illness or other circumstances.

If this happens, we offer:

  • a new date, or
  • refund if no option suits

You will always be contacted via email and/or phone.

Security at payment

We use a secure payment solution through our provider Holdbar, where your data is handled with encryption (SSL).

When paying by card, you are protected against unauthorized transactions through your bank.

Responsibility and Participation

Our experiences take place in nature — in forest, land and sometimes along coastal or open landscapes. This means that the terrain, weather and conditions may vary.

When you participate in an experience at Wildplant, you are responsible for:

  • follow the guide's instructions
  • know your own limits and prerequisites
  • have clothing and equipment adapted to the weather and environment

Participation is at your own risk. You are solely responsible for any damage to yourself or your property, unless the damage was caused by gross negligence on the part of the organizer.

Allergies and Health

In the case of experiences where we taste plants or other raw materials of nature, it is important that you yourself are responsible for informing about any allergies or other health conditions.

Insurance

We recommend that you have your own accident insurance that applies to activities in the natural environment.

Requirements on arrival

Please come at least 5 minutes before the start so that we can start in peace and quiet together.

Bring your ticket or booking confirmation — digital or printed works just as well.

**Personal Data (GDPR) **

When you book an experience with Vild, we record your details in order to be able to take care of your booking.

This includes:

  • name
  • address
  • e-mail address
  • phone number

We use the data to:

  • manage your booking
  • send information
  • be able to contact you in case of changes

Your data is stored in accordance with applicable law. Some data is stored for up to five years according to the Accounting Act, while others are deleted earlier.

We never sell or share your information with third parties.

You always have the right to:

  • request extracts of your data
  • get incorrect data corrected
  • request deletion where possible

Log Statistics

We collect anonymous statistics about how the website is used, such as the number of visitors and how the pages are navigated. This helps us improve the experience and content over time.
