You can reschedule your experience by contacting Wildplant.

Special conditions for certain experiences
Some experiences, such as overnight stays or courses that require longer planning, have different rebooking rules. In these cases, rebooking may need to take place up to 2 months before the start. What applies is clearly stated under Rules and Safety on the respective experience page.

Less than 3 days prior to the experience
The experience cannot be rebooked and refunds will not be made. Our experiences often involve preparation and costs that need to be covered.

On the day of the experience
If something unforeseen happens close to or on the same day (for example, illness), please contact the experience manager so that we know that you will not be attending. Contact details can be found in your booking confirmation.
As a rule, you have the opportunity to transfer your seat to someone else.
